Presentation Objectives:

    -Identify different types of upper extremity braces that are available and when they are used. Techniques used include lecture, discussion, and demonstration. Approximate     time: 15 minutes.

    -Demonstrate proper donning, doffing, wear, care and break in for upper extremity orthotic devices.  Techniques used include lecture, discussion, and demonstration with     return demonstration. Approximate time: 30 minutes.

    -Describe types of upper extremity prosthetic devices. Techniques used include lecture, discussion, and demonstration. Approximate time: 15 minutes.

Multiple types of upper extremity braces and prostheses will be displayed.
